Information stored on your device

DealStack stores deal inputs, selected-property references, comparable evidence, saved comparisons and limited in-app usage events locally on your device. The local usage funnel records only the event, time, platform, strategy and coarse result or export format; it does not retain property addresses, postcodes, UPRNs or financial values. On the website, DealStack also sends privacy-minimised aggregate usage events to its Cloudflare-hosted analytics service so product usage and reliability can be measured across visitors. These events can include page path, anonymous session identifier, coarse device class, country code, campaign attribution, feature/funnel event type, scroll or engagement milestone and generic error category. They do not include names, email addresses, property addresses, postcodes, UPRNs, deal financial inputs, full user-agent strings or raw referrer URLs.

Deal inputs and saved deal content remain on your device unless you deliberately use a feature that requires an online property lookup, a purchase/entitlement check or contact support. The limited aggregate website usage events described above are transmitted automatically to support product analytics and reliability monitoring. Deleting the app or clearing its local data removes locally stored deals and local funnel events. JSON export lets you retain a portable copy of your deals. Do not enter unnecessary personal information about tenants, sellers or other people.

Optional property lookups

When the live property-data service is enabled and you choose to run a postcode, property or comparable lookup, the postcode, address or UPRN required for that request is sent securely through DealStack's service to its licensed property-data provider. Deal financial assumptions are not included in those requests.

Property evidence is displayed with its retrieval date. A failed or unavailable lookup is not treated as evidence that no property data exists.

Purchases

If paid functionality is enabled, iPhone digital purchases are processed by Apple and web purchases are processed by the checkout provider presented on the website. DealStack receives the transaction or entitlement information needed to provide purchased functionality but does not receive your full payment-card details from those payment processors.

Your choices

You can use the core calculator without creating an account. You decide whether to save, export or import a deal, perform an online lookup, purchase paid functionality or contact support.
